          Customer Complaint Analysis:

                 In field application, various technical and non-technical application problems may occus. As soon as Puya get the feeback of application problem from customer, the FAE,AE or Quality department will classify and analysis the problem, then offer the solution and verify the solution, in order to help customer to settle the problem and the increase the satisfaction of customer.

          Failure Analysis:

                 Due to the poor application environment, product failure is the most common problem in field application. Puya has developed a standard failure analysis process to help customer to find the root cause of product failure in the shortest time.
